Abstract

In February 2024, Luwuk's year on year (y-on-y) inflation will be 4.25 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 107.27.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in all expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 6.67 percent; clothing and footwear group at 2.09 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 4.12 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 1.99 percent; health group by 2.18 percent; transportation group by 2.19 percent; information, communication and financial services group at 0.23 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 5.73 percent; education group of 0.17 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 6.63 percent; and the personal care and other services group at 2.24 percent.

Luwuk's month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate and year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate for February 2024 are 0.97 percent and 1.25 percent respectively.
