Abstract

During December 2019, the city of Palu experienced inflation of 0.83 percent which was influenced by the increase in the price index that occurred in the transportation, communication, and financial services group by 2.68 percent, followed by the processed food, beverages, cigarettes, and tobacco group (0, 77 percent), the foodstuffs group (0.63 percent), the health group (0.47 percent), and the housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel group (0.15 percent). Education group,

recreation and sports this month were relatively stable, while the clothing group experienced a price index decline of 0.12 percent.
